Reporting a problem

A useful bug report usually includes:

• Which tool you were using, and the address of the page.
• What you expected to happen, and what actually happened.
• Your browser and version (for example, "Chrome 141 on Windows 11").
• The file type and roughly how large it was — please do not attach the file itself if it contains anything private. A description is normally enough.

Requesting a tool

Tell us what you are trying to get done and how you would normally do it. Knowing the underlying task is more useful than knowing the feature you have in mind, because there may be a simpler way to get there. Tools that can run entirely in the browser are the ones we can build — anything that genuinely needs a server is out of scope by design.

Privacy questions

If your question is about data handling, the Privacy Policy answers most of it. Anything it does not cover, just email us.

Security

If you believe you have found a security issue, please email us rather than posting it publicly, and give us a reasonable chance to look into it before disclosing it.
